{"id":1228,"date":"2021-01-26T21:46:32","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T18:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tatsurrogacy.com\/?p=1228"},"modified":"2025-04-23T11:34:55","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T08:34:55","slug":"limportance-de-lechographie-du-premier-trimestre-de-la-grossesse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tatsurrogacy.com\/es\/limportance-de-lechographie-du-premier-trimestre-de-la-grossesse\/","title":{"rendered":"La importancia de la ecograf\u00eda del primer trimestre del embarazo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>El primer trimestre del embarazo (hasta la semana 13) es uno de los periodos m\u0413\u040es importantes y dif\u0413\u00adciles, ya que es cuando se forman los \u0413\u0456rganos vitales del beb\u0413\u00a9.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, la ecograf\u0413\u00ada puede detectar posibles patolog\u0413\u00adas en una fase temprana, as\u0413\u00ad como diversas manifestaciones de enfermedades hereditarias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De esta manera, la ecograf\u0413\u00ada en el primer trimestre tiene como objetivo :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>calcular la edad del embarazo (edad gestacional);<\/li>\n<li>determinar la ubicaci\u0413\u0456n del feto y el n\u0413\u0454mero de embriones;<\/li>\n<li>evaluar la calidad y la cantidad del l\u0413\u00adquido amni\u0413\u0456tico;<\/li>\n<li>diagnosticar un embarazo ect\u0413\u0456pico (tambi\u0413\u00a9n llamado ect\u0413\u0456pico);<\/li>\n<li>excluir anomal\u0413\u00adas cromos\u0413\u0456micas, malformaciones complejas;<\/li>\n<li>analizar el desarrollo del feto;<\/li>\n<li>analizar los marcadores ecogr\u0413\u040eficos de anomal\u0413\u00adas cromos\u0413\u0456micas (medici\u0413\u0456n del hueso nasal, grosor de la translucencia nucal, di\u0413\u040emetro biparietal);<\/li>\n<li>excluir las malformaciones de los \u0413\u0456rganos vitales (cerebro, esqueleto, coraz\u0413\u0456n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante el primer trimestre, es posible medir el grosor de la translucencia nucal para detectar ciertas anomal\u0413\u00adas cromos\u0413\u0456micas como el s\u0413\u00adndrome de Down, el s\u0413\u00adndrome de Patau o el s\u0413\u00adndrome de Edwards.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo del embarazo, mediante datos ecogr\u0413\u040eficos, el m\u0413\u00a9dico controla el estado y el desarrollo del feto, la placenta, el cord\u0413\u0456n umbilical, el l\u0413\u00adquido amni\u0413\u0456tico, el \u0413\u0454tero y sus anexos.<\/p>\n<p>Es tambi\u0413\u00a9n durante esta primera ecograf\u0413\u00ada cuando conocer\u0413\u040es la fecha aproximada del parto.<\/p>\n<p>\u0412\u0457Tiene alguna otra pregunta?
