Ces ovules sont issus de ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le stock naturel d&rsquo;ovocytes dans les ovaires d&rsquo;une femme.<\/p>\n<p>Les patients peuvent choisir une donneuse qui r\u00e9pond pleinement \u00e0 leurs besoins, \u00e0 leur ph\u00e9notype. Les profils des donneuses d&rsquo;ovules fournissent autant d&rsquo;informations que possible sur les candidates, et des photos sont jointes.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de devenir donneuse d&rsquo;ovocytes, la femme donne son consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9 par \u00e9crit pour la stimulation ovarienne et la ponction.<\/p>\n<p>Le don d&rsquo;ovules implique une s\u00e9lection minutieuse &#8211; une donneuse doit \u00eatre conforme aux exigences suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e2ge compris entre 20 et 30 ans ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0avoir au moins un enfant en bonne sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00eatre en pleine sant\u00e9 physique et mentale, y compris l&rsquo;absence de maladies h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaires graves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais le principal crit\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection des donneuses peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un d\u00e9sir conscient d&rsquo;aider les gens, ainsi qu&rsquo;une compr\u00e9hension du processus du don.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante, la femme doit subir une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;examens (un th\u00e9rapeute, un psychiatre, un gyn\u00e9cologue) et passer les tests. Si toutes les \u00e9tapes de l&rsquo;examen m\u00e9dical ont \u00e9t\u00e9 franchies avec succ\u00e8s \u2013 on commence la stimulation ovarienne, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les injections d\u2019hormones quotidiennes pendant 10-14 jours. L&rsquo;\u00e9tape finale, c\u2019est la ponction des ovaires qui permet de recueillir en moyenne une dizaine d\u2019ovocytes dont les meilleurs sont soit mis directement en f\u00e9condation in vitro,
