Dans ce cas, l\u2019absence des regles chez une femme s\u2019explique par des episodes de stress, une activit\u00e9 physique abusive ou une perte de poids consid\u00e9rable.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e secondaire est li\u00e9e \u00e0 des pathologies ovariennes comme le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques ou l\u2019insuffisance ovarienne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Elle peut survenir en cas d\u2019anomalies anatomiques du vagin, du col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus (la st\u00e9nose apr\u00e8s chirurgie) et de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus (le syndrome d&rsquo;Asherman).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e : quel traitement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les deux types, l&rsquo;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e secondaire est beaucoup plus fr\u00e9quente. Son traitement commence par d\u00e9terminer la pathologie de base qui provoque l\u2019absence des r\u00e8gles.
