Dans ce cas, on peut effectuer un transfert pronucl\u00e9aire pour se d\u00e9barrasser de l\u2019ADNmt d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n<p>La technique de transfert pronucl\u00e9aire consiste \u00e0 introduire le noyau de l\u2019ovocyte de la m\u00e8re (porteuse d\u2019anomalies) dans l\u2019ovocyte sain de la donneuse.
