A vantagem deste m\u00e9todo de diagn\u00f3stico \u00e9 a sua elevada precis\u00e3o, uma vez que 99% das anomalias gen\u00e9ticas s\u00e3o detetadas.<\/p>\n<p>A <\/p>\n<p><strong>A amniocentese<\/strong> \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo invasivo de diagn\u00f3stico pr\u00e9-natal mais seguro que envolve a pun\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise de uma pequena quantidade de l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico. Por outras palavras, a amniocentese \u00e9 a an\u00e1lise do ADN do feto contido nas c\u00e9lulas do l\u00edquido amni\u00f3tico. Este teste \u00e9 realizado entre a 16\u00aa e a 21\u00aa semana de gravidez.<\/p>\n<p>Deve notar-se que o diagn\u00f3stico pr\u00e9-natal invasivo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio se as t\u00e9cnicas n\u00e3o
