Have you suffered a miscarriage? This is a difficult event for all women, but it is not an end in itself. Here are our three tips to get you back on your feet and ready to try again.

Here are our three tips to get you back on your feet and ready to try again.

  1. Don’t hesitate to consult your gynaecologist and your doctor

Even if the bleeding has stopped, sometimes some embryonic tissue may still be in your uterus. Consider consulting your gynaecologist to check whether your reproductive system is ready for a new pregnancy. Your doctor can prescribe a treatment that will prevent you from having a curettage operation.

  1. If necessary, consult a psychologist

A miscarriage is usually synonymous with mourning and the loss of a child you were looking forward to can plunge you into depression. Don’t hesitate to talk to a specialist to help you get rid of your negative emotions and get back on track.

  1. Take care of yourself!

Remember that you can only attempt a new pregnancy if you are healthy. Take time for yourself: take your mind off things, do what you enjoy. Make time for your well-being and, above all, get plenty of rest!
